See your plan and usage
In Settings → Subscription you can see your current plan and the period's usage.
Upgrading
To change plans, open Upgrade. The Pro plan unlocks, among other features, digital prescription signing with an ICP-Brasil certificate.
The Pro free trial is available once per account. If you have already used the trial (even if that subscription was canceled or ended due to failed payments), a new subscription starts billing immediately, with no new free period.
On mobile, the More screen also shows your plan right below your name — tapping it takes you to subscription management (or straight to the upgrade flow on the free plan).
Pro fair-use policy
Pro is built for a real clinic's day-to-day and comfortably covers any vet's routine — recording consultations, chatting with Mima and creating prescriptions freely.
To protect the service against abusive or automated use, Pro follows a fair-use policy: very high monthly limits on recording hours, AI chats and image generation — meant only as a safeguard, so normal usage never reaches them.
If in a given month you do hit one of these limits, the app shows a message inviting you to get in touch — and we'll adjust it for your case. There is no automatic extra charge.
