AllEars.Vet records your consultations and uses AI to transcribe, summarise and generate the medical record automatically — plus prescription suggestions and a chat assistant. This guide walks you from a brand-new account to your first recorded consultation.
1. Create your account
Go to allears.vet and tap Sign up. You can register with e-mail and password or sign in with Google or Apple. The app works in the browser (desktop) and as native iOS and Android apps.
2. Complete your profile
In Settings → Profile, fill in your name, photo and CRMV (Brazilian veterinary licence) — it is required to issue prescriptions. If you work at a clinic, add its name, address, phone and logo in Settings → My clinics: this becomes the letterhead of your prescriptions.
You can skip this step — the app asks for whatever is missing at the right moment.
3. Record your first consultation
Open Record (on mobile it is the central button of the bottom navigation) and tap to start. There is nothing to fill in beforehand: the AI identifies the patient and the clinical data from the conversation itself, and you can correct anything later.
If you prefer, use Prepare consultation before recording to select the patient and attach exams or context.
4. Review and get your summary
When you stop recording, the app opens the post-consultation review: confirm patient, guardian and clinical signs. When you finish (or skip) the review, the AI automatically generates the consultation summary and the medical record.
5. Explore the rest
- AI prescriptions: in Prescriptions, create prescriptions from the consultation — and digitally sign them with an ICP-Brasil certificate on the Pro plan.
- Mima, the assistant: in AI Chat, ask anything about your patients, request changes to a medical record, or ask how to use the app.
Where things live
- Desktop: left sidebar with Home, Consultations, Prescriptions, Patients, Guardians, AI Chat and Settings.
- Mobile: bottom navigation with Home, Consultations, Record, Prescriptions and More — everything else (profile, settings, logout) lives under More.
