The Reports hub is a general-purpose area: any list you want to filter, print or export lives there, whatever part of the app feeds it. Every report follows the same shape — filters on top, a table, Export CSV and Print — and whenever a row has a reachable guardian, it carries a ready send action.
Upcoming vaccines and Upcoming rechecks
What is due in the period, who to notify and who was already notified, with period, unit and professional filters. Every row has the Notify button: the app composes the message, you review and send it on WhatsApp or e-mail.
Birthdays of the month
Who has a birthday in the chosen month, the age they turn, and the guardian's contact. The WhatsApp button opens the conversation with a ready congratulation message — a relationship touch that also reminds the guardian the clinic exists.
Patients without a visit
The reactivation list: patients with no record at all for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months (you pick the cutoff). Any record counts — consultation, weight, vaccine — and a patient that never got one counts from the registration date. Deceased patients stay out. The WhatsApp button opens a ready check-up invite to review and send.
Protocol adherence
Of the schedules you started, how much actually happened. One row per protocol, with the number of applications, how many steps were done (here or elsewhere), how many were lost (guardian declined or you lost touch) and how many are overdue. The adherence % counts only the steps whose moment has already come — future steps and steps you closed yourself (like "no longer needed") stay out of the math. It is the report that shows which protocols work and where guardians drop the schedule.
