Booking page

Your own public Calendly-style link: share it on WhatsApp or your Instagram bio and get bookings straight into your Calendar.

The booking page is your own public link: whoever opens it picks a service, sees only the times that are actually free and books instantly. The appointment lands straight on your Calendar, with no message ping-pong to find a time.

Enable your page

  1. On the Calendar, tap the gear icon (or go to Settings → Calendar).
  2. In the Booking page card, enable the page.
  3. Register at least one service (e.g. Consultation · 30 min) and your working hours per weekday.
  4. Save and share the link with Copy link or Share on WhatsApp. It also works great in an Instagram bio.

Each service can carry a category (Consultation, Follow-up, Surgery...). When someone books that service, the appointment lands on the Calendar already categorised and coloured, with nothing to classify afterwards. The categories are the same ones in the Appointment types card on that screen.

The page address is customizable (e.g. allears.vet/agendar/dr-ana). Take care changing it once you have shared it: the old address stops working immediately and becomes free for someone else to take, so links you already sent stop opening. The app asks for confirmation first.

To pause new bookings, disable the page: the link stops opening right away, while appointments already confirmed stay on your calendar and cancellation links already sent keep working.

What the booker sees

Whoever opens the link picks a service, sees the free times (in their own timezone) and fills in their name, WhatsApp and pet's name (email and a note are optional). Confirmation is instant: it shows on screen with an add to Google Calendar option and a cancellation link to keep (if they left an email, everything arrives by email too). Cancelling through the link works until the appointment time.

How free times are computed

The page only offers times inside your working hours that don't conflict with:

  • appointments on your AllEars.Vet calendar (in any workspace, personal or clinic);
  • busy events from Google Calendar, if the account is connected (see Google Calendar);
  • other bookings made through the page itself.

You also control the minimum notice (e.g. only accept with 12h warning), how far ahead people can book, the gap between appointments and the step between offered times (e.g. every 30 min).

When someone books

The appointment lands on the Calendar with the person's name, the pet and the service in the title, and the WhatsApp number in the notes, and you get a notification (you can mute it in Settings → Notifications). Cancellations through the link also notify you. The page does not automatically create patient or guardian records: you link them later if you want.

In clinics

If you are part of a clinic, choose under Where bookings land whether the appointment goes to your personal calendar or the clinic's. In that case it lands assigned to you, visible to the whole team.
