Billing FAQ
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; on downgrade or cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
How does the free trial work?
7 days of full access, once per account. Pro and Clinic require a card to start the trial; cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. The Free plan needs no card.
How does per-veterinarian clinic billing work?
The clinic owner subscribes with a card and pays a single amount based on the number of veterinarian seats. Adding or removing seats prorates the invoice. On yearly, you pay 10 monthly payments and get 12 months.
What can assistants and reception do?
They join free and unlimited: manage patients and guardians, view clinic history and documents, and use the AI chat. Recording consultations and signing prescriptions is exclusive to veterinarian seats.
Can I have a personal plan and belong to a clinic?
Yes. Your personal profile (with or without Pro) is separate from the clinic's data, and you switch contexts inside the app.
Where do I subscribe?
Individual plans can be purchased on the website, App Store or Google Play. The Clinic plan is website-only, by credit card.
