The app tells you in two places at once: the phone alert (the notification on your lock screen) and the notification center inside the app. It is the same notification, kept somewhere you can read it later — nothing is lost because you missed the banner.
Where it lives
- On desktop: the bell at the top of the screen, to the left of the AI Chat button. The number on it is how many you have not read. Clicking it opens a summary of the latest ones.
- On mobile: the bell sits at the top of the screen, next to search. Tapping it takes you straight to the full list.
- You can also get there from More → Notifications.
The bell summary gives you three shortcuts: Mark all as read, the gear icon (settings) and See all (the full list).
To delete a notification, tap the × on its right in Notifications. Clear (at the top of the list) deletes them all at once and asks first, since it cannot be undone. Deleting does not turn anything off: to stop receiving that kind, use the switches in settings below.
Tapping a notification opens where it came from — a finished record opens the consultation, the daily reminder opens the Agenda, a support reply opens the ticket.
What you can receive

Choosing what you receive
Settings → Notifications has a switch for each type above. Turning one off applies to both places: you stop getting the phone alert and stop seeing that type in the center. Everything starts switched on.
On the web, the same screen holds the browser permission to show notifications — without it the browser shows nothing, however the switches are set.
On mobile, if you blocked AllEars.Vet notifications at the system level, the app's switches cannot override that: allow them in your phone's own settings first (Settings → Notifications → AllEars.Vet).
