Everything about access and account data lives in Settings — on mobile, reach it through the More screen: Profile opens by tapping the card with your photo and name at the top, and the other items (Plan, Change password, Signatures) live in the Account section.
Profile
In Settings → Profile you edit name, photo, e-mail, phone, job title (for example, Veterinarian, Manager or Receptionist) and CRMV. That is also where the MAPA registration number field lives, required to sign controlled compounded prescriptions. Your phone and job title are the default across every clinic — inside each clinic you can override or hide them in the Team tab (see Clinics and teams).
Password
- Change password: Settings → Change password.
- Set a password (signed in with Google/Apple): the same screen shows "Set password" (without asking for a current one) for accounts that signed in through Google or Apple and haven't created one yet. Once set, you can sign in with e-mail and password as well as social login.
- Capitalization in your e-mail doesn't matter: the address is your identity and is case-insensitive —
[email protected]and[email protected]are the same account. You sign in the same way on the phone and in the browser, even when the keyboard capitalizes the first letter.
Apple private e-mail ("Hide My Email")
If you signed in with Apple using a private relay e-mail, edit the e-mail field in Settings → Profile to a personal address before setting a password — that way you keep e-mail recovery even if you revoke "Sign in with Apple" in the future.
Clinics
In Settings → My clinics you manage your clinics' name, address, phone and logo — this data forms the prescription letterhead.
Logging out
- Desktop: user menu (avatar in the top-right corner) → Log out.
- Mobile: More → Log out button at the bottom of the page.
