Theme (light, dark or system)
In Settings → Appearance you choose between light, dark or following the system. On desktop, the theme switch also lives in the user menu (avatar in the top-right corner). On mobile, it is under More → Settings → Appearance, in the Preferences section.
Language, time zone, country and units
In Settings → Language you set the app language, time zone, country and the measurement units used in clinical records.
Consultations in more than one language
If you consult in more than one language (for example, Spanish and Portuguese), check all of them in Settings → Language → Consultation languages. Transcription then recognizes each language and keeps each line in the language it was spoken, without translating. The summary and medical record are still written in the app language.
Until you choose, the app language applies. If the app is in Spanish and the consultation was in Portuguese, check both so transcription does not try to turn the conversation into Spanish.
