AllEars.Vet 1.9 — Redesigned chat and consultation templates

This update makes the AllEars.Vet chat much better — and lets you shape the medical record your way, with customizable consultation templates.

💬 Redesigned chat, now in a side panel on desktop

On desktop, the chat opens in a side panel next to your work, and goes full-screen whenever you want. Pin the most important conversations, see at a glance which have unread messages (and mark one as unread to come back later), and filter the list by patient.

📎 Paste files straight into the chat

Copy an image or document and paste it into the conversation (Ctrl/Cmd+V), no file picker needed.

🔎 Web search

When a question needs something current, the chat searches the web and brings the answer right away.

📋 Customizable consultation templates

Build your own templates per visit type: give the AI the right context (specialty, focus of the visit) and design the record structure — the sections, in the order that makes sense to you. Set a template as the default so it's pre-selected on every new recording, and switch on the fly when a case calls for it. The default template (SOAP) is protected, but you can clone it to create your own version.

📤 Import your patients

Bring patients and owners in from a spreadsheet (CSV) from your current system — or just ask the chat to run the import for you.

🛠️ Fix & performance

Exams attached to a consultation now always show, including when you reopen it. We also optimized processing to make the app faster and improved stability across the board.
