Small improvements to the end of the consultation and fixes

👋 Notes from the development team

This is a small update, with a few improvements and fixes. Most of them are at the end of the consultation: the clinical record can be copied with one tap, the live transcript already shows while the final one is prepared, and the app explains when a consultation has no suggested prescription.

There are also some changes to Finance and the agenda, requested by users, listed below with the other improvements and fixes.

📋 Copy the clinical record
One tap on "Copy" on the Clinical record card copies the text already organized, with headings and lists.

🎙️ Live transcript without waiting
While the final transcript is prepared, the consultation already shows the live text.

✏️ Why there is no prescription
When a consultation has no suggested prescription, the app tells you why and offers "Suggest prescription with AI" from the diagnoses.

What changed in this version

New features

  • "Copy clinical record" button on the Clinical record card: copies the text with headings and lists.
  • While a recording's final transcript is being prepared, the consultation shows the live transcript, with a "Copy transcript" button. If part of the conversation was not captured, the app says so and suggests waiting for the complete version.
  • When a consultation has no suggested prescription, the prescriptions tab explains why and offers "Suggest prescription with AI", which opens a draft built from the diagnoses.
  • Finance currency in Settings → Finance → Charges and quotes, for vets working outside Brazil. Amounts already recorded are not converted, and Pix shows only when the currency is the real.
  • On the booking page, each service can have its own hours within the opening hours.
  • On clinical events with a patient, the "Notify the owner on WhatsApp" option lets you keep the event internal, and the event window shows when and to whom the reminder goes out.

Improvements

  • The final transcript is ready sooner after you stop a recording.
  • On phones, the bar that appears when you select several items is more compact and, in the consultations list, explains why "Delete" is unavailable.

Fixes

  • Digital prescription signing could wait almost a minute when the certificate check was slow.
  • Compounded and controlled prescriptions show the vet's e-mail on the header again, next to the address and phone.
