A clinic with its own roles and templates, and the app in Spanish

👋 Notes from the development team
In this release, we focused on improving the clinic plans, following the growth in demand for them. We gave particular attention to sharing consultation, prescription and document templates among the clinic's members, and to the option of defining different access levels for each member.
We also translated the application into Spanish. The translation covers the interface, the artificial intelligence, the emails and the prescription PDFs, so that a veterinarian practising outside Brazil works entirely in their own language.
As always, the release also brings a number of usability improvements and fixes, listed further down.
Our goal remains the same: to offer the best application for veterinarians, with artificial intelligence applied to what actually happens during a consultation, and at a fair price. A good part of what went in came from user suggestions, so please keep sending yours at Contact us.
And keep an eye on our next posts: we are working on new features many of you have asked for.

🔐 Sign a prescription with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint
The certificate password is sealed on the device itself and the prescription is signed with biometrics. Turn it on in Settings → Signatures.

In Settings → Signatures, the "sign with this device's biometrics" switch keeps the certificate password on the device itself. It is still never stored on our servers.
📅 Improvements to the scheduling screen
The calendar is more comfortable to use on a phone.
🏥 Clinic roles you define yourself
Instead of three fixed labels, you create your team's roles and decide what each one can access.

The four system roles sit alongside the ones the clinic invented for itself: front desk, resident and clinic manager, each with its own permissions.
📋 Templates shared with the team
Consultation, prescription and document templates stop belonging to one person and become the clinic's.

Your own templates stay yours. Whatever moves into the clinic's templates applies to the whole team, and can become the clinic's recording default.
🗓️ A booking page for the clinic
The clinic gets its own public link, alongside each vet's individual one.

On the clinic's page the guardian picks the service, which professional they want (or any of them) and the time.
✏️ Void a prescription signed by mistake
It leaves circulation and anyone opening the link sees it was voided, without erasing the patient's history.
🎙️ A warning when the microphone stops picking up
If capture dies mid-visit you find out right there, not when you open the record.
🌎 The app speaks Spanish
Interface, artificial intelligence, emails and prescription PDFs. Vets practising outside Brazil can also sign prescriptions by hand now.

A consultation in Spanish: not just the buttons, but the summary the artificial intelligence wrote and the transcription.
