Real-time Google Calendar, exams in the portal and clinic reminders

📆 Real-time Google Calendar
An appointment you create in Google shows up in your calendar within seconds. It used to take minutes, and reloading did not help.

📋 You pick the calendar
Say which Google calendar receives your appointments. And whatever you add by hand to the AllEars.Vet calendar now shows in the app too.

⏰ Clinic reminders
A reminder no longer needs a pet. Renewing a licence, ordering supplies, servicing a device: what the clinic itself must not forget finally has a home in the app.

🐾 Exams in the guardian portal
Send the report from the person icon on the exam card. The guardian opens the file through the secure link, PDF or a photo of the result.

📤 Hand-signed prescriptions get through
If you sign by drawing on the device, the prescription now reaches the guardian portal, just like a digitally signed one.

💬 The conversation stays on the pet's page
Mentioned a patient with @ in the chat? The conversation now shows under "Related conversations" on that pet's page.

🔍 Hover for a summary in the calendar
On the desktop, hover a patient or guardian name in the calendar and see a summary without leaving the screen.

🎙️ Audio secured on iPhone and iPad
The audio that used to fall between recording segments is no longer lost, and the Stop button no longer hangs on long consultations.

What changed in this version

New features

  • What you create in Google Calendar shows up in your calendar within seconds, with nothing to reload.
  • Choose which Google calendar receives your appointments.
  • Whatever you add by hand to the AllEars.Vet calendar now shows in the app too.
  • Your calendar choices survive a disconnect: reconnect the same account and everything comes back as it was.
  • Reminders with no patient, for what the clinic itself needs to remember.
  • Send an exam to the guardian and they open the report through the secure link, PDF or photo.
  • Chat conversations now show up on the pet you mentioned with @.
  • On the desktop, hover a name in the calendar and see a summary of the patient or guardian.

Improvements

  • Moving an appointment keeps its duration: a 30-minute consultation stays 30 minutes long.
  • The app stays responsive while recording, even with live suggestions on.
  • A clinic with no active subscription gets a way back to the personal profile, right in the notice.
  • Patient notes written from the chat accept the same length as the form.

Fixes

  • iPhone and iPad: audio between recording segments is no longer lost, and the Stop button no longer hangs on long consultations.
  • Android: the app no longer closes when recording starts without microphone permission.
  • A hand-signed prescription now reaches the guardian, just like a digitally signed one.
  • A note left in the note field is saved when you end the consultation.
  • On a phone, live suggestions below the fold are reachable again.
  • The document ⋯ menu stops spinning forever, and sharing a prescription shows that it is in progress.
  • An appointment created from the chat lands at the hour you asked for.
  • A parked approval card no longer books the same appointment twice.
  • An impossible date in the calendar explains why the save button is blocked.
