Calendar with vaccine reminders, online booking and the guardian portal
📅 A real calendar
Start the day knowing what is ahead: today's appointments, the week's follow-ups and the vaccines coming due, in one place. Colours tell a consultation, a follow-up and a surgery apart at a glance.
🔗 Your own booking page
Share a link on WhatsApp or in your Instagram bio. Whoever opens it picks a service, sees only the times you genuinely have free, and books on the spot. The appointment lands straight on your calendar.
📆 Connected to Google Calendar
Your appointments show up in your Google calendar, and whatever is already there blocks the slot, including on the public page. No more booking over a personal commitment.
⏰ Timed reminders
Set the hour and get the alert at the right minute. Completing it takes one tap, straight from the alert.
💉 Protocols and vaccine card
Apply a whole series of reminders to a patient at once and follow every dose in one place.
🐾 Guardian portal
Your clients get a secure link and follow their own pet's vaccines, weight, growth curves and documents, organised per animal.
🔔 Notification centre
Everything that happened while you were away, inside the app, with the option to delete one entry or clear the lot.
💬 Mima looks after the calendar
Ask in the chat to see your week, create a reminder or apply a protocol. She reads and organises the calendar with you.
🎙️ Safer audio on Android
If the app closes mid-consultation, the audio already recorded is no longer lost.

- Mima reads and organises the calendar from the chat.
- One responsible professional per appointment, with participants and per-professional lanes.
- The guardian's birth date feeds birthdays into the calendar.

Improvements
- Home dashboard with fewer cards, ordered by what you can act on now.
- Improved loading animations.
- The More menu groups its settings, and Protocols dresses like a template shelf.
- The drug reference shows the brand right under the title when the brand is what matters.
- Sharing shows up on the patient screen, with nothing to hunt for.
Fixes
- Android: consultation audio is delivered outside the in-app browser, so the app closing mid-recording no longer loses the consultation.
- The opening seconds of browser recordings are insured, with an on-screen warning if delivery stops.
- The app never assembles a summary when the consultation audio was lost.
- The medical record keeps working on older Android devices.
- The last card on a page no longer sits flush against the bottom bar.
- The launch screen adapts to iPad and landscape without clipping the illustration.
- Guardian portal: scrolling, the vet's browser language while previewing, and readable charts.
- The sharing strip vanished in exactly the case it exists for.
- Notifications: a failed delete is no longer lost, and a cleared feed does not come back.
