Version 1.11 — Documents, signatures and a more powerful chat 📋

AllEars.Vet Documents module

This release brings the Documents module, new ways to sign (digital and handwritten) and a much faster, more capable chat.

📋 Documents

Build certificates, consent forms and reports from ready-made templates — or create your own, organized in folders — without leaving the app.

✏️ Write with AI and format your way

A writing assistant inside the editor helps you draft and refine the text. Format with bold, headings, lists, alignment, size and color — and insert variables like the patient's and guardian's name that fill in automatically.

📝 Sign however you prefer

Sign with your ICP-Brasil digital certificate, placing the stamp wherever you want on the page, or with your own handwritten signature — just photograph it once. And collect the guardian's signature right there at the counter, on the device, or via a link sent to them.

💬 A more powerful chat

The chat is much faster now and remembers context across conversations. It can also:

Write ready-to-send messages for the guardian. One click to send via WhatsApp or e-mail, or copy the text.

Asks with option buttons. When there's a choice to make, the chat offers ready buttons — just tap, no typing.
