The phone number opens WhatsApp and the e-mail opens your mail app, straight from the file.

Improvements

• Sharing a PDF shows that it is being prepared, instead of looking like a dead tap.
• Any panel that rises from the bottom now closes by dragging down from anywhere on it.
• The text editor opens with the cursor ready and the keyboard up.
• On a phone, Enter breaks the line; on a computer, it still sends.
• The guardian's tax ID now shows formatted.
• The patient's name on the consultation leads to their file, with a preview on hover.
• The save bar follows the keyboard all the way to the edge of the screen.
• Editing screens use the full width on mobile.
• The consultation details moved out of a hidden tab and now sit at the end of the Summary.
• The link shortcut now says whether the patient or the guardian is missing, and opens straight on that field.

Fixes

• Clinical record edits no longer get lost when you leave and come back to the consultation.
• Leaving the editor without saving now asks before discarding the text.
• The change history opens and is readable again on mobile.
• A prescription opened from inside a consultation returns to the consultation, not to the list.
• The tab strip no longer slides sideways when you scroll the screen with your finger.
• Documents no longer come out with stray commas when a field is empty.
• The clinical record written by the AI no longer carries model codes in the middle of the text.
• Line breaks suggested by the AI are preserved.
• Consultations no longer get stuck in "processing" because the audio failed to merge.
• The divider lines on the details card show correctly, with no gaps and no double border.
