Veterinary guides and notes during the consultation

The Guides screen in the AllEars.Vet app, with drug reference, breeds and the dose calculator

🔍 Guides inside the app
Drug reference and breeds one tap away, with search — you can check a dose without leaving the consultation. Vaccines, foods and protocols come next: every page is researched from public sources and reviewed by a vet before it goes live.

Every entry opens in tabs: dosing per species, brand names, indications, mechanism of action, contraindications and adverse effects.

🐾 Dose calculator
Pick the drug, enter the patient's weight and see the dose ready — per species and per route, and converted into a volume as soon as you enter the product's concentration.

✏️ Write during the consultation
Jot down whatever you want while the recording runs — and draft what you intend to prescribe. Your notes reach the generated record alongside what was said.

"Your notes" column open while the consultation records

📋 Prescription templates everywhere
Every path to a new prescription now offers your ready-made templates.

🔍 Smarter patient search
Type pieces of the animal's and the guardian's name in the same search: patients with similar names stop getting mixed up.

🎙️ Recording that survives a sleeping phone
Live transcription keeps going even with the device locked or asleep.

What changed in this version

New features

  • Guides: a veterinary reference inside the app, starting with the drug reference and breeds — vaccines, foods and protocols on the way.
  • Dose calculator in the app and on the site, with doses grouped by species.
  • Brand names listed under each active ingredient.
  • Your own notes while the consultation is recording.
  • Prescription templates offered wherever you create one.
  • On desktop the header is back, with the AI Chat in it, and screens are wider.

Improvements

  • Patient search by loose words, ordered by relevance.
  • Guides content cross-checked against market sources: 19 entries corrected and sources outside the Brazilian maker flagged.

Fixes

  • Patient and exam mentions in chat work again, without repeating the context line.
  • Live transcription survives the device being locked or asleep.
  • Vital signs typed while the AI was processing are no longer lost.
  • The assistant finishes registrations with several records in a row, without stopping halfway.
