Fixes
- Long pauses while recording no longer interrupt live transcription.
- Fixed an error that could drop live transcription right at the start of a recording.
- No duplicate alerts: no system notifications while the app is open, and no alert about the consultation you're already viewing.
- Closing a document returns you to the screen you came from.
- The email confirmation link no longer shows an error after the confirmation succeeded.
- The filter menu no longer hides behind the sidebar.
