Version 1.10 — Instant medical record 🎙️
This update speeds up the heart of AllEars.Vet: real-time transcription now delivers the summary and medical record the moment you end the visit — and it organizes the guardian in a way that makes far more sense day to day.
🎙️ The moment you stop recording, the summary and medical record start appearing on screen, writing themselves, with no wait. The new real-time transcription engine has your documents ready by the end of the visit.
🐾 The guardian is now linked to the patient, not the visit. Edit the guardian once and the change applies to every visit and prescription for that pet. And when you can't recall the pet's name, just search by the guardian's name to find the patient.
💬 The chat also got better on mobile: full-screen conversation, a heads-up when a reply lands in another conversation, and support for much longer messages.
📋 Visits still processing now clearly show they're "awaiting review" — nothing that looks like an error. And if you left a recording open on your computer, you can stop and process it from your phone.
✨ We also improved recognition of recent veterinary medications and products in transcription, and made lists and search faster.

New features
- Guardians are now linked to the patient: edit the guardian's details once and it applies to every visit and prescription for that pet.
- Find a patient by searching the guardian's name when you can't recall the pet's name.
Improvements
- Cut the total time to process a consultation after you stop recording by up to 95%.
- The icon that opens the conversation switcher now flags when there's an unread message.
- You no longer get a chat-reply alert when you already have that conversation open.
- Whenever a patient's name is shown, the guardian's name shows alongside it — helping tell apart patients with the same name.
- General improvements when selecting and creating a patient or guardian on Android and iPhone.
- When recording a consultation on your computer, the screen no longer locks on its own, so the recording isn't interrupted.
- Sending a message from the home screen now always starts a new conversation.
- The chat was optimized to handle much longer text (about 10,000 characters) without freezing.
- When you switch conversations in chat, the conversation switcher now closes on its own — on mobile and when the chat is open in the right-hand side panel.
Fixes
- Chat messages no longer "flicker" when they finish being written.
- When a consultation gets stuck recording, you can now open it and stop the recording so it gets processed.
