RDC 1.000/2025
In force since 13 Feb 2026: controlled prescription forms may be electronic, provided they are signed with ICP-Brasil and numbered by the SNCR. New printed models mandatory since 18 May 2026.
RDC 1.028/2026
Published on 1 Jun 2026, it extended only the electronic SNCR deadline: from 1 June to 30 September 2026. Nothing else in RDC 1.000 changed.
Blue and yellow forms
Prescription Notification B (blue, psychotropics such as phenobarbital and diazepam) and A (yellow, narcotics such as morphine). Numbered pads from the health surveillance authority; with ANVISA's SNCR they go electronic — the app is already integrated.
Special control (white)
Two-copy prescription for lists C1 and C5 (gabapentin, fluoxetine, trazodone). Valid for 30 days. AllEars.Vet already issues it with the ICP-Brasil signature.
MAPA number (SIPEAGRO)
Your veterinarian registration with the Ministry of Agriculture. It is part of the controlled compounded prescription number (MAPA Ordinance 837/2025): MAPA number / sequence / year.
gov.br vs ICP-Brasil
gov.br is an advanced signature: valid only for non-controlled prescriptions. ICP-Brasil is qualified: mandatory for controlled ones (CFMV Res. 1.465/2022). The app signs with ICP-Brasil.
A1 certificate (e-CPF)
.pfx/.p12 file issued by a Certificate Authority accredited by ITI. You upload it once to the app and, from then on, sign with the password alone.

CRMV and clinic
Register your CRMV, title and clinic details. They become the header and letterhead of every prescription.
A1 certificate (e-CPF)
Buy it from a Certificate Authority accredited by ITI, validate your identity by video and download the file. Upload it to the app once.
MAPA number, if compounded
Do you prescribe controlled compounded formulas? Enter your MAPA number in your profile; the app builds the MAPA number / sequence / year numbering.
Patient and guardian data
Patient weight, guardian's CPF and address. Controlled types require them; the app asks on the spot when missing.
Create, pick the type and sign
New prescription → patient → type (simple, compounded, special control). The AI drafts it from the consultation; you review and tap Sign.
Send and let the pharmacy verify
Signed PDF straight to the guardian's WhatsApp or e-mail. The QR opens the public verification and the pharmacy records the dispensation.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I have to migrate to electronic prescriptions by 30 Sep 2026?
- No. The date is ANVISA's deadline to release the electronic SNCR (RDC 1.028/2026). Printed pads remain valid, in the new model mandatory since 18 May 2026.
- Can I sign the prescription with my gov.br account?
- For simple prescriptions, the gov.br advanced signature is accepted by CFMV Resolution 1.465/2022. For controlled ones, only the qualified ICP-Brasil signature. AllEars.Vet signs with an ICP-Brasil A1 certificate, which covers both, and with a scanned handwritten signature for simple prescriptions.
- Does AllEars.Vet issue blue and yellow forms?
- Yes, as soon as ANVISA opens the SNCR to platforms: the app is already integrated, and Prescription Notifications A and B will be issued electronically through it. Until then, use the Vigilância Sanitária pad. Today the app already issues signed simple, controlled compounded and special-control prescriptions.
- What is the SNCR and when does it reach the app?
- It is ANVISA's system that numbers controlled prescription forms. The integration is already built in AllEars.Vet and will be enabled account by account as ANVISA opens the production environment.
- Will the pharmacy accept a digitally signed prescription?
- The prescription carries a QR and a code that open the public verification page with the original PDF, and the pharmacy records the dispensation there. If the establishment asks for a printed copy, the signed PDF can be printed.
- Do I need the Pro plan?
- The ICP-Brasil signature is a Pro plan feature (7 days free). The scanned handwritten signature, for simple prescriptions, works on every plan, including Free.
