Qualified signature, done right

Legal validity, public verification and an immutable document — all inside the app.

ICP-Brasil A1 certificate

Upload your e-CPF .pfx/.p12 file once. It stays protected and ready to sign any prescription with one tap.

Legal validity

Qualified electronic signature under Brazil's MP 2.200-2/2001 — the same legal standard as documents signed on gov.br with a certificate.

Verification QR code

Every signed prescription carries a QR code. The pharmacy or the guardian scans it and checks authenticity on a public AllEars.Vet page.

Immutable document

Once signed, the prescription is frozen — no one can change it, not even the AI. Need a change? A new version is issued and the old one is marked as superseded.

Send without a printer

The signed PDF goes straight to the guardian's WhatsApp or email. No printing, hand-signing, photographing and hoping the photo is legible.

Verifiable at ITI

The signature can also be checked in the government's official Conformity Verifier (validar.iti.gov.br), like any ICP-Brasil document.

Frequently asked questions

Is the digitally signed prescription legally valid?
Yes. AllEars.Vet uses a qualified electronic signature with an ICP-Brasil certificate under MP 2.200-2/2001 — the highest level of legal validity for digital documents in Brazil. Authenticity can be checked via the prescription's QR code and the official ITI verifier.
Which certificate do I need?
An ICP-Brasil e-CPF of type A1 (.pfx or .p12 file), issued by any accredited Certificate Authority — Serasa, Certisign, Soluti and others. You upload the file once in settings and it's ready for signing.
Will the pharmacy accept the digital prescription?
The prescription carries a QR code that opens a public verification page with the signature, vet and prescription details. The pharmacy checks authenticity on the spot — safer than a photo of a paper prescription.
Does it work for controlled-substance prescriptions?
The qualified signature covers regular prescriptions and the controlled-substance layout. For controlled medications, each authority's rules apply — some digital flows still depend on government systems being rolled out; in those cases, use the printed version of the prescription generated by the app.
